V International KAIZEN Congress

The oldest and the most important event of KAIZEN in Poland

The Congress GEMBA KAIZEN organized since 2004 is the forum of knowledge about KAIZEN and continuous improvement

The organizer was the first to present the experience and knowledge of Kaizen practitioners from the whole world. The 5’th edition of the Congress is held this year, and there is the completely new formula of meetings offering excellent quality of experiences’ exchange.

The new formula is: “Let’s go to Gemba”

Up to now the Congress has been a source of knowledge and inspiration for exploring Kaizen activities. In this edition we will leave a conference room and enter the area of everyday practice directly. We will go to “gemba”. We will take a look at production halls and offices of companies which began the Kaizen way. It will be possible to visit production plants as well as service companies.

This “gemba walk” will be a great added value, because the knowledge gained by participants during the first day of the Congress will be employed to observe and analyse KAIZEN processes in real conditions.

High quality program presented by the best speakers.

The content of the 5’th, jubilee edition of the Congress is based on assessments and opinions of our previous editions’ participants. Thanks to that this edition will contain presentations of only the best and highest evaluated speakers. Completely new topics and facts of issues presented earlier will arouse interest of participants who have already seen speakers during former editions as well as new participants.

According to the tradition we will have Mr. Masaaki Imai – the guru of Kaizen - as a guest. Mr Imai will present his new concept of first class company creation based on FSL tools.
